Why you should register Domain Names with Godaddy.com
Friday, October 31st, 2008Over the years I have registered domain names with Network Solutions, Register.com, and some other smaller entities. But my best experience thus far has been with Godaddy because of their superior customer service. They offer customer service by telephone and email.
I recently registered a new domain with them and I received a polite follow up phone call to see if there was anything further they could do to help me have a positive experience. I had the representative merge a few of my accounts and he sent me a follow up email sharing with me Godaddy’s options for search engine optimization and email marketing, two important components of any business. For anyone looking to register a domain of a new business, I suggest you consider their service. Below is the text of the customer service email:
